Your collected Personal Data (email address, name) will be stored and used, only after you give us your explicit consent, to send you via email periodical newsletters, to answer to your contact request  and occasionally other commercial and promotional content from us. Consent can be withdrawn at any moment by using the link embedded in each mail we will send or by communicating it without any formality to info@studiobabel.com. Consent withdrawal does not impeach data processing carried out until that time.

3.Data Transfers

Your Personal Data will not be communicated to third parties or resold in any case. The electronic archive is stored in Italy. No transfer outside of Italy will take place.

4.Retention Period

Personal data collected for the purposes described in this notice will be stored until you withdraw your consent (see §2), unless the data is processed for other purposes under other lawful basis (e.g. to comply with the law). In any case, from the moment the consent is revokes, data will not be processed for the purposes described in §2.
